One thing that helps me is to have a dinner once a month with another business owner. We have no specific agenda or time limit. We just meet, eat and talk about business. It is both relaxing and informative. We trade ideas, discuss common problems and give each other support. An informal meeting like this can be especially helpful to a sole owner who often has no one with whom to share ideas, excitement, or concerns.

Great idea Ron. Networking informally with other business owners is a great way to stay in touch and to support each other.

Thanks for your feedback.

Spend time with family.
Go to bed early a few nights in a row.
Read books on topics other than business. (Science, biographies, history, art, politics, science fiction, fiction...)
Spend time with spiritual/religious activities
Go for a run.
Volunteer.
Call the customer service phones at your company.

Those helped me.
