One thing that helps me is to have a dinner once a month with another business owner. We have no specific agenda or time limit. We just meet, eat and talk about business. It is both relaxing and informative. We trade ideas, discuss common problems and give each other support. An informal meeting like this can be especially helpful to a sole owner who often has no one with whom to share ideas, excitement, or concerns.
