In an interview with Pajama Market, Larry Maiman from Mani's said
We have been very focused on growing our company. We have a model of openess with both our team members and customers. So the blog allows us to dialog with everyone very regularly.
Five staff members write for the blog - a great idea to get a cross section of ideas, and to take the pressure off one person. It also gives "ownership" of the blog to staff members.

The smaller Mani's blitzes the multinational Starbucks in the blog and two way communication department. It's not always about being big.
