Something as simple and old fashioned as saying "Thank You" can make your business stand out from the crowd.
It's so simple, that many businesses forget to do it. To many of us saying "Thank You" is a courtesy. But there's also the old adage - common courstesy isn't so common anymore.
Joanna Krotz says,
... saying "thank you" has become a competitive advantage. So few people express appreciation — a Lenox etiquette poll found that nearly five out of every 10 people don't always say thanks — that remembering to do so is a sales point of difference.
It also goes a long way toward forging the relationships that can turn into opportunities.
Business is all about customer relationships and valuing customers. What better and easier way to build a relationship than by saying a simple sincere "Thank You?"
