Think of Practicalities & Making It Easy For Customers
Arrange the decorations and store displays so that people have enough room to be relaxed when walking around. Peopl
e may need to negotiate your store with prams and wheelchairs as well.
Sometimes store owners try to cram so much in to a tiny space, customers don't feel comfortable or relaxed exploring, for fear of bumping something.
Make your store accessible and you'll attract more customers. This may take some creative re arranging and display techniques.
Customer & Staff Safety Issues
Keeping aisles clear and easy to navigate is also a safety issue for both customers and staff. Christmas is a peak delivery time and often small stores have storage problems.
Storing Excess Stock
Can you store them under display tables or unpack them at the end of each day? Bulk stocks of items can look great in feature displays or if applicable, in bargain bins.
Stacks of boxes are not only unsafe, but don't look professional. Plus, you could be missing out on sales.
