October is National Clock Month. This is a timely(!) opportunity to share one of my favorite web tools - the Personal Clock.
Personal Clock - A Cool Time Management Tool
You can set up your own personal clock for your choice from a long list of the world's major cities. Your choices are displayed all at the same time, so you can look at them in relation to each other if need be.
A Global Marketplace
In an increasingly global marketplace and dealing with people by email and online, it makes good business sense. If you need to contact your supplier in New Zealand, your publisher in New York and a colleague in London, this information can be seen at a glance.
Arranging Meeting Times
There is also a meeting function, where you can see details for three or more cities, showing 15 minute or half hour intervals. It also highlights the daytime period for each city. This makes it a cinch to suggest meeting times, or arrange times to phone or Skype, including teleconferences with a few people.
I use the personal clock every day, often many times through the day. And the big bonus is that it is completely free. What better time than National Clock Month to experiment with the Personal Clock. I can recommend giving this cool tool a try.
