I don't know about you, but I've got the urge to make the most of these last rainy days in my area and get really organized. As I'm sure you recall from previous posts, I'm pretty "into" trying to get (and stay) organized.
That's one of the reasons I started posting about Menu Plan Mondays here on SmallBizMentor. After all, if you're a small- or home-based business owner, you really need to be on top of things at work and on the "home front". However, it seems that Menu Plan Monday would fit in better over at Workerette.com, along with Slow Cooking Thursdays. So that's where I'm moving it!
If you'd like to see what's cooking at our house each week, or grab some tasty recipes for the slow cooker to help streamline your day while you're takin' care of business, pop on by Workerette.
On the flip side, I spotted something over at Org Junkie's blog that I think will be inspiring to a lot of you, whether you're operating from a home office or a storefront. Since today is officially tax deadline day, it's time to move on to new projects. (Because you already got your taxes prepared a while back, right? *chuckle*) Go check out the 30-Day Organizational Challenge sponsored by Org Junkie. I'm sure you'll get lots of ideas and inspiration. If you are inspired and have a website or blog, I'd love to see before and after pictures of your home office, warehouse space, or other small biz space that gets organized after checking out everyone else's ideas.
(PS: Wondering if I joined in on the organizing furor? You bet I did...I've got a nursery to get ready! It's in the works, and you'll be able to check things out over at one of my mommyhood blogs.)
