I received a packet from PINK Magazine today in the mail full of information about the upcoming Women in Leadership Summit, which will take place this November in Boston, and it looks like a doozy! Keynote presenters and guests of honor include Eileen Collins (first woman to pilot and command an American Spacecraft!), Loung Ung (author and activist who survived the killing fields of Cambodia), and Erin Brokovich Ellis (that name might sound a wee bit familiar as well).
There are a half dozen tracks, including "Emerging Leaders Strategies and Skill Development", "Becoming an Authentic Leader", and the one I personally would love to attend, "Integrating Home, Work, and Community Life". There are also several pre- and post-summit workshops available, as well as a mentor/mentee program so you can keep growing after the event.
