How was Independence Day for our US visitors? I hope you and yours are all safe and sound, having enjoyed your barbecues and fireworks displays. Now that it's a new month, the SmallBizMentor has some goodies on your cyber-plate for this week.

Bud is a publisher, speaker, and management consultant/executive coach with plenty of wisdom to share. Tomorrow you'll have the opportunity to get to know him and glean from his responses to my questions.
Friday we'll have a cyber-chat with Laurie Hayes of The HBB Source. Laurie's free bi-weekly e-newsletter is a resource I have come to rely on. She, too, has plenty of great information to offer you, particularly if you're trying to find your ways down the pathways of the home-based business journey. It's not always easy, but with role models like Laurie and Bud to look to, we small- and home-based business people can learn a lot and have a good time as we go!
There are a few other changes in the works as well.
As you may have noticed, I've been fiddling with the daily topics a bit. Based on the responses I've gotten to various posts, it seems that Writer Wednesdays and Franchise Fridays have been a true hit! I'll be focusing more heavily on those two topics and keeping the other "scheduled" days a little less, well, scheduled.
