Jacey Eckhart, the host of "The Jacey Eckhart Show" in San Diego, CA, is looking for guests to interview. If you provide a product or service that would be of interest to military families, this could be an excellent opportunity to share your wisdom and resources and gain some free publicity.
Here's the skinny, thanks to the Publicity Hound, Joan Stewart:
--Radio host Jacey Eckhart is looking for guests to interview on "TheJacey Eckhart Show" on KCBQ-AM 1170 in San Diego. The show will run live on Sunday mornings, and it will be available by podcast. "Our goal is to reach and teach the military community without making them get out of their jammies. Or unplug their iPods. I'm looking for experts who will outline some of the ways our listeners can build a solid home life in the military community. I'm especially looking for marriage experts, child psychologists, educators in military towns, grandparenting experts, people who know how to stretch a buck, former military folks who have interesting jobs in the civilian community, and anyone who can help us deal better
with stress." Email Jacey at

We "stumbled-upon" a product that might be of interest to military families. We own a small banner and sign company, and printed a full-size picture of one of our daughters on vinyl. One of our neighbors mentioned that she thought it would be cool if the people serving our country in Iraq could "leave behind" a full-size picture of themselves to keep their kids company while they were gone.
Anyway, I came across your blog and thought this might be a neat idea. If my Dad or Mom were gone over seas for months, I think it would be awesome to have a full-size print-out of them to keep me company!
thanks,
Chris
