In addition to the standard articles and blogs, they also offer videos and a Business Center that features tools such as legal information, a document center and access to shipment tracking through several carriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL).
Article categories range from sales and customer service to finance and legal topics, as well as human resources, management, tech issues and growth/strategy pieces. Paige Arnoff-Fenn's article "When - And How - To Build On Your Success" is rather appealing, with tips in the piece along with action points and links to related articles. I also enjoyed Bill Weber's "Thinking Big" blog entry entitled "If The Worst Ever Happens". Frequent visitors to SmallBizMentor know that I am all for preparing for the worst well in advance; Bill's piece will remind you of the why's and how's of the matter.
