Do you know what it is like to wear a dozen different hats?  Are you the CEO, saleman, IT guy, and the janitor all in the same day?  Do you know what it is like to worry about meeting payroll or losing your main client?  This website represents a conversation between people who know what these experiences are like and who want to be involved in a discussion about  running a small businesses.

We will talk about the basics - the block and tackle of business.  We will talk about how to hire and fire, how to compensate and motivate, how to delegate and lead.  We will talk about finances, both personal and business.  We will explore how to handle massive growth so it won't kill you and how to prepare yourself for those business downturns.  We will discuss how to acquire customers, how to be fanatical about keeping them and how to get them to be evangelists about your company to others.
